Private Paying Customers
Private paying customers
can pay by cash, cheque, Debit or
Credit card.
Cost of treatment starts at £40 per half hour
session.
Prices vary depending on time of day. The lowest
cost of treatment is between 9am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday. Charges
before 9am and from 5pm
midweek and all appointments on Saturday mornings are slightly higher.

Insured Customers
Treatment at The Spinal
Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine
Clinic is recognised by all the
major insurers such as BUPA, AXA
PPP, AVIVA, Cigna, HSA,
Standard Life, Remedi , Prudential
Health etc.
The cost of physiotherapy treatment
is eligible for re-imbursement
subject to the terms and conditions
of your medical insurance policy.
We are able to invoice insurers
directly for the cost of treatment.
Please have the following
information available before you

Pre-authorisation number
Check with your insurance
provider if you have an excess on
your policy as this will have to be
paid directly to the clinic, once
the insurer has settled the account.
The charges for individual insurance companies
vary depending on the arrangement we have with your particular insurer.

Other Funding
Arrangements
We have a number of
contracts with the local companies and
other organisations such as personal
injury solicitors and sports clubs, IPRS, Speedmedical, TICCS, Medcare,
PhysioLink.
We offer flexible fee or funding
arrangements for those who wish to
make one payment at the end of
treatment rather than at each
appointment. Please ask for details
of this scheme if you are
interested.
Work Place
Assessments
fees
are available on request. This
involves a physiotherapist carrying
out an assessment at your place of
work and making the appropriate
recommendations for change where
necessary. This can be an office,
factory, laboratory, car or home.
The price of such an appointment
depends on the location.
A home visit
can be arranged and price again varies depending on location. We advise
if at all possible to arrange an appointment at the clinic, as treatment
options are limited at a home visit.
