Senior Physiotherapist & Physio led Pilates Instructor
Pagen has worked at senior level in the NHS & private practice
in trauma, orthopaedics, paediatrics and complex spinal conditions. During her time in the NHS Pagen worked closely with Orthopaedic consultants to design the current Anterior Cruciate Ligament pre and post-op rehabilitation programme for Cambridgeshire.
Pagen has a particular interest in Pilates and completed her training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute in 2014. Combining Pilates principles into treatment helps educate patients on the fundamental components the body and mind require to improve an injury and prevent recurrence.
Pagen provides Physio Led 1 on 1 Pilates sessions at the clinic which are the ideal transition for patients to go onto group classes successfully.
In her spare time Pagen keeps fit by walking, running, going to the gym and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

"· I had the good fortune to being assigned to Pagen who was not only good with the pain relief massage and physcial fitness aspects, but also was very understanding and a good listener. Needless to say, my condition improved dramatically under her care and guidance."
"I’ve been receiving great treatment from Pagen since the spring of 2019 for my spinal curvature. Her physio work helps enormously with bringing pain relief and loosening up all the tense muscles. She clearly has a very professional knowledge of anatomy, and years of “hands on” experience, and she’s very professional in her approach. What’s more, she’s a very pleasant, friendly personality who makes her patients feel better all round."
!I give Pagen 5 stars, assuming that’s the top grade."
"I would definitely recommend Pagen. She used to teach me Pilates and really helped my lower back issues. She has fun varied sessions and is always happy to help and give guidance with at home exercises"
